How We Work Together
Therapy is a collaborative process where you are supported in exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Sessions may involve reflection, conversation, and practical exercises to help you apply insights to your daily life. You might be invited to try small tasks or “homework” between sessions, but only in ways that feel safe and manageable for you. The pace and focus are guided by your goals, and your active participation helps create meaningful progress.
